Responsibilities and tasks
Membership Support
- Lead communication with members regarding territory planning, management, updating, mapping, site summits and member compliance.
- Support the administration of the Automated Territory Management System (ATMS) and google grids managed by the PFFA.
- Serve as secondary lead for PFFA member work group sessions including planning, registration of attendees, preparation of resources and administrative support during sessions.
- Support territory projects and deadlines to ensure projects are resolved or finished within the agreed timeframes.
- Receive and process site clashes and member complaints related to effective territory management.
Administrative support
- Distribute collect and organize territory trackers and updates from members ongoing.
- Update the ATMS with appropriate sites, cities and professional fundraising agencies, as needed.
- Maintain the Site Clash Register and Member Request for Support log.
- Conduct weekly territory audits of the ATMS and google grids to ensure member compliance and provide feedback to members and support resolution.
- Conduct outreach to private sites to establish relationships for the purposes of territory preservation.
- Process membership applications and update membership drive and territory log tracker.
Skills, experience and attributes required.
Skills and experience
- High level of discretion for all PFFA members and their proprietary information.
- Experience in face-to-face fundraising or canvassing as a fundraiser, team leader or city manager/director.
- Experience using the PFFA’s Automated Territory Management System (ATMS) or PFFA administered google grid workbook.
- Representation of an organization to diverse stakeholders in different situations.
- Knowledge of computer systems including MS 365.
