The PFFA Code of Conduct sets minimum standards of acceptable practice for sustainable fundraising in the U.S. The Code of Conduct is designed to ensure that all face-to-face fundraising activities are carried out with the best interest of our donors, our communities, and our non-profit members at the center of each effort.
Face-to-face fundraising is a growing form of fundraising in the U.S. and is more recently a critical part of the fundraising work plan for non-profit organizations. Although a significant role of the PFFA is to share information between members, another integral role of the PFFA is to provide information about face-to-face fundraising to the community. For more detailed information, please connect with the PFFA.
Through regular workshops, information sessions, and distribution of information as it becomes available and relevant, the PFFA helps member organizations maximize the quality of their fundraising and encourages the adoption of best practices in face-to-face fundraising.
The PFFA also supports our members by coordinating their work to ensure that fundraising is well organized and that all fundraising efforts can be carried out in suitable locations in a way that enhances the local community, respects local businesses, and allows for an effective and high-quality engagement experience for donors and fundraisers.
